The Creditor Payment & Debtor Receipt is an enhanced version of knock off feature for user to knock off bill more easily and more convenience. This enhancement I typically useful for those users have to knock off payment every single days or number of bill to be knock off. With tracking concern, it is equipped with logging for person who knock off the bills.

 Installation and Setup Guide:

• No extra installation need as it is come with UBS nine version 4
• Debtors/Creditors must assign as Open Item Debtor/Creditor
• Bank account must assign with special account BK, PV, and OR

Usage

4 types of payment and receipt can use this new feature:-

• Creditor Invoice Payment
• General Expenses Payment
• Debtor Receipt
• Other Receipt
