UBS Accounting is the core UBS product. Developed in 1990, it has now become a household name in computerized accounting software, with more than 100,000 installations in Malaysia. Its simplicity to use and meticulous reports has promted many institute of higher learning, university, college and private school to apply UBS Accounting as one of their course material and over 350 of these have included UBS Accounting. UBS Accounting comes in DOS and Windows version. Many feature are available in the system to anable companies to handle their work easier and faster. It has multiple language capabilities that consist of English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai language. Its modules include General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and are able to operate accounting entries up to 18 months of accounting period and suitable for most companies and businesses.

3. UBS Point of Sales

UBS Point of Sales is a PC-based comprehensive cash register specially designed for retail outlets and service-oriented businesses. UBS POS system is a highly flexible system whereby it can be operate with or without bar code equipment. Design specially for businesses to manage a combination of rental and counter sales activities, it can register all transactions at check out counter by using a scanner or POS keyboard. It is able to provide up-to-date inventory level information, sales personnel performance analysis, loyalty program, peak customer period analysis, product versus margins analysis, and receivables analysis.

UBS Motor Services Billing is specifically designed to manage the operations of a typical car and motor workshop. Besides billing, the system also enables workshop operators to keep track of the vehicles' particulars and maintenance history. UBS Building Services And Maintenance is a software designed specially for common property managed and maintained by any Property Management Company. The functions of the system include insurance for the subdivided building, payment of insurance premiums, placing order for repairing work and to pay rental of a property lot. The system offer great help to a Property Management Company to expedite the management operation tasks, proper unit tracking, cost effectiveness and greater management efficiency.

6. UBS Lawyer Client's Account

The system is specially designed to keep tracks of Trust Accounts' activities mainly but not restricted only to legal firms. Such system helps ensure movements of client's monies placed with a trustee account fulfilled the audit requirement as well as for better management. Adoption of such system also enable clients trust account being managed seperately from trustee's own office accounts hence better accountability of the client monies at any point of time. UBS Billing and Disbursement System is another system designed mainly for legal firms for used in keeping the records on clients and details of their case files, to generate invoices, recording the payments received and transfer to and from trust accounts. The system can be posted to UBS Lawyer Client's Account and UBS Accounting respectively.

8. UBS Assets Register System

The system is able to link and integrate with the UBS Accounting (version 9.0). It performs the functions of Assets Register for an organization namely; collating the new assets acquired information, maintain the organization assets historical records, compute the depreciation of assets and, determine the gain or loss on disposal of assets. The UBS Assets Register is specifacally designed to be flexible, to be able to suit the needs of all companies ranging from the sole proprietor to corporations in Malaysia.

1. UBS Payroll.

UBS Time Attendance System Window Version is used to assist management to keep track of employee attendance and provide management with details of employee's working hours, their overtime hours and lateness in school, colleges construction companies and factory with different time and shift. This system handles most of the recording tasks, therefore reduces the effort and increases the efficiency of the person who manages the company's staff attendance. UBS Time Attendance System can be posted to Payroll System to update employee's record. The data can be capture from time clock device or enter those data manually.
